ACCESS TO UI’S ONLINE HARASSMENT PREVENTION COURSES WILL END ON JUNE 29, 2019, FOR THIS FISCAL YEAR

May 07, 2019

On Tue., May 7, 2019, EOD notified those employees who are due to complete an approved harassment prevention course by June 30, 2019, and who have started one of our online harassment prevention courses, that the annual reset of online courses in ICON will cause the online harassment prevention courses to go offline at midnight on 6/29/2019. A similar message was posted to the home page of the online harassment prevention courses so that persons who start the online course between May 7 and June 29, 2019, will be aware of the system outage that begins on June 29, 2019.

To complete this online harassment prevention course before the June 30, 2019 quarterly deadline, employees must complete the entire course before midnight on June 29, 2019. Otherwise, they will need to start the course again from the beginning when course access is restored in early July.

Alternatively, they may fulfill the harassment prevention education requirement by completing an approved instructor-led course available from the Compliance & Qualifications website.

If they have already fulfilled your harassment prevention education requirement this year, or are enrolled in an instructor-led course, they may disregard this message.
