Underrepresentation Reports to be Updated on Jan. 19, 2016 (January 14, 2016)
By 12:00 p.m. on Tue., Jan. 19, the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (EOD) will update its website and the Jobs@UIOWA database with the latest data on underrepresentation of women and racial/ethnic minorities in faculty, P&S, and Merit positions at UI. You may use the updated information to determine whether vacant positions that you plan to advertise in your department are currently underrepresented for women and/or racial/ethnic minorities. This information will also be available in the Jobs@UIOWA system as you create new requisitions.
Effective Tue., Jan. 19, you will find these updated files listed on EOD’s website (http://diversity.uiowa.edu/equal-opportunity-and-diversity-reports) in the Data and Reports section under Underrepresentation Reports in both Excel and .pdf formats. The single Excel file contains separate worksheets for tenure track, non-tenure track, professional & scientific, and Merit positions, which can be sorted and searched as needed. Separate .pdf files are provided for tenure track, non-tenure track, professional & scientific, and Merit positions.
