The mission of the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion includes:

• Advancing recruitment and retention of faculty, students, and staff
• Enhancing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive climate for all
• Connecting with community diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts

The Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consists of three units: The Center for Diversity and Enrichment (CDE), The office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (EOD), and Diversity Resources. Each unit fulfills a need on our campus with regards to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
