Welcome back students! We hope to get your spring semester started off right with a virtual workshop on self-care, brought to you by the Center for Diversity & Enrichment and the University Counseling Service.  We are excited to have  Kyle Votroubek, Staff Therapist at UCS, lead this important workshop on based on taking care of yourself during this new and difficult times.  

In addition, we will have self-care bags available for students to pick up outside the doors of the Center for Diversity & Enrichment entrance (2750 UCC, above CVS pharmacy).  These bags are no cost to you, but please limit one per student.  You will need your student ID number to receive a bag.  Bags are available for pick-up Tuesday, January 26th from 9:00am to 2:00pm.  Please remember to wear your mask, and social distance while at all times, especially if a line forms.  Self-Care bags will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
