Start the year out right and commit to CHANGE with a 4-week program. Maximize your one-hour workout and build confidence in the gym! This class involves several compound, powerlifting, and power movements to improve all fitness levels. Equipment will include medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, pull-up bars and TRX. The class will also have a proper warm up, core-work, and cool down. Workouts will be tailored to both experienced and beginner lifters. The instructor is a nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Division I collegiate strength and conditioning experience.
