Core Strengthening and Stabilization

Core Strengthening and Stabilization promotional image

This specialty class offers both circuit-based conditioning and resistance training to improve core stabilization and strength. Anyone who wants to lift, play sports, or even perform daily movements better can benefit from this class. The core is the foundation of the body and should be trained strategically.  Participants will engage in a proper warm up, full-body core workout, cool down and targeted stretching. Join Coach Addison to build the core you have always wanted!
