Fitness is a lifelong pursuit. The purpose of this class is to provide the framework for long-term progress. Join Coach Ed to improve your technique, optimize your time in the gym, and experience fitness made fun! This class offers a mix of foundational barbell/dumbbell movements, core training, and basketball court agility drills.

Location: CRWC - First floor, west platforms/racks and MAC Gym 

When:

  • Session 1 | Tuesdays/Thursdays, February 9 - March 4 (4 weeks) | 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
  • Session 2 | Tuesdays/Thursdays, March 9 - April 1 (4 weeks) | 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
  • Session 3 | Tuesdays/Thursdays, April 6 - April 29 (4 weeks) | 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
