Fitness Barre includes a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to offer a different workout every class. Classes rely mostly on body weight for resistance, along with props such as stretch bands, yoga straps, Pilates rings, light hand weights, and mini stability balls. A smooth flow through strength and stretch exercises will bring your health to new heights.

This program will take place at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center in Activity Room 3.
