Functional Mobility - Session 1B

Functional Mobility - Session 1B promotional image

Over time through poor positioning, repetitive movements, injury, and static positions, tissues become shortened and put our body in imbalanced positions. These imbalances tend to occur at the shoulder, hip, and ankle. Through mobility training you can achieve optimal positions and range of motion to help improve strength and stability, and decrease pain around joints. This class will include soft tissue work, static stretching, stability work, and full range of motion movements. Equipment used will be bands, foam rollers, golf/tennis balls, mats, and potential for much more. This class is performed at a low intensity which makes it ideal for any age or fitness level to help improve movement. This is also be a great addition for avid lifters/fitness-goers or athletes to help achieve optimal positions in order to work more efficiently.
