Are you ready to increase your kettlebell knowledge and learn a new gym skill? Interested in learning more about the kettlebell, but feeling a little intimidated? This kettlebell basics session will give you all the tools to put together kettlebell power movements at the gym. Specific form basics will cover the Kettlebell Windmill, the Swing, the Turkish Get-Up, the Clean, and the Push-Press. Two-three movements will be covered each day, with close attention paid to proper posture and form. At the end of the session, you will start to learn how to combine movements for an effective all-over conditioning workout.
