Going to the gym is great, but sometimes you want to work out from home. In this class, you will learn how to get in shape from the comfort of your home. This class will prioritize bodyweight movements while also incorporating common household items. It’s time to learn how to make working out from home productive and fun! Join Mateusz to experience the vast variety of exercises you can do from home!
