🚨 763 employees will need to complete harassment prevention (HP) training by 12/31/2022, or they will need to start their training over next year in the new courses.

Why this matters: HP training is required for most regular employees, TAs, postdocs, medical residents, and fellows. Due to the acquisition of our HP vendor (EverFi) by a new company, we must end the current courses by Dec. 31st and launch new courses in early January 2023.

About the change:  EverFi’s acquisition by Vector Solutions means our HP courses are moving to a new learning management system. The new HP courses will be similar, with customized slides relative to the university’s policies and resources.

👉 We need your assistance: Please remind your employees who are due to complete their training before the end of 2022 to do so before 9:00 p.m. on 12/31/2022.

  • Login to the CQ system, select Actions & Reports and click the link for Harassment Prevention Compliance individual deadlines within the Quarter
  • We will post a message in CQ about the change and contact employees actively working in the HP online courses.
  • Course enrollment will continue to be available via the CQ system, and we will soon announce the January launch date for the new HP courses.

Thank you for your assistance. Please reach out with any questions about this information.
