Cassie Walizer, M.Ed.
Cassie received her master's in Education in Higher Education from Texas Tech University. Before moving to the Center for Diversity and Enrichment, Cassie spent five years on the University of Iowa campus: 4 years as a Residence Hall Coordinator and 1 year in the Tippie College of Business. She also spent a year as an academic advisor at Georgia State University, incorporating innovative predictive analytics and outreach plans into her advising model. In her tenure at the University of Iowa, Cassie has been involved with student success initiatives such as the Student Success Task Force, Excelling@Iowa, Early Intervention Committee, and UIAdvise. She is passionate about holistic success coaching and using data to drive student success.
Cassie enjoys reading, blogging, exploring new eateries, and spending time with her family in her free time.
