TRIO STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
TRIO SSS serves students at the University of Iowa who demonstrate academic need and are first generation, or low-income, or have a verified disability.
As part of the Center for Diversity and Enrichment (CDE), Campus Outreach Services (COS) provides one-on-one academic coaching and facilitates academic and cultural services geared toward supporting:

We are a federal TRIO program that helps first-generation and low-income high school students prepare for postsecondary education.

DEI Across Campus
Funding requests are accepted and reviewed three times each year. Submission deadlines are as follows:
2020 Fall semester: 10/23/20
2021 Spring semester: 2/12/21
2021 Summer: 4/30/21
Following each deadline, a review process will occur. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of application to receive news of funding requests.
