Reporting Incidents

Report a Concern

Equal Opportunity and Diversity (EOD) can provide you with complaint options (both informal and formal) and resources. Not every report results in a university complaint. Feel free to complete the form here: https://diversity.uiowa.edu/report-concern. If you prefer to call, contact EOD at 319-335-0705 or TDD 319-335-0697 or email diversity@uiowa.edu. If you are a student who would like to report an incident of bias to the Campus Inclusion Team (CIT), please complete the CIT Report a Concern form.

Policy Information

Policies and procedures are an essential component of any organization. Our policies address pertinent issues, including violations, acceptable behavior by employees, etc. Procedures clearly define how to respond to any policy violations. Being aware of and utilizing both policies and procedures ensure that employers are consistent in their decisions and employees are aware of their rights.
