Join us to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States with a celebration in Johnson County.

Tuesday, June 14:  Virtual Film Screening 7 p.m.

Wednesday, June 15:  Virtual Juneteenth History Presentation at Noon and Virtual Book Club at 7 p.m.

Thursday, June 16:  Oracles Community Conversations:  Blackness and Belonging in Iowa City

Friday, June 17: Meet and Greet - Gene's Bar from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.; Showdown at Sundown - Chauncey Swan Park at 6 p.m.; Live music - Iowa City Ped Mall at 9:30 p.m.

Saturday, June 18: Juneteenth in our Neighborhood - Coralville (S.T. Morrison Park) and Iowa City (Mercer Park)
