Due to the recent changes implemented with the revised federal Title IX regulations, our online harassment prevention (HP) education modules are currently being updated by our courseware vendor, EverFi. The EverFi courses called “Intersections” were retired on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020, and will be replaced with all new content from EverFi.

We anticipate the new online HP courses in ICON will be rolled out to campus in mid-to late-August. Final customization of UI-specific slides is underway and testing of the new courses will be done prior to the campus launch. We will announce the launch date of the new courses to the entire HR Community as soon as possible. Course enrollment will continue to be available via the Compliance & Qualifications system.

EOD has not resumed offering any face-to-face instruction since the COVID-19 restrictions began in March. Given the uncertainty of the availability of large conference rooms in the fall semester, we will only offer HP courses via our existing online vendor for the near future.

We do plan to grant some extensions of the due date for persons who are impacted by this course outage. You do not need to reach out to EOD to request individual extensions. Employees who were not already overdue on their HP compliance, and who have a due date between Aug. 10 and Sept. 15, 2020, will be granted an extension. More on these extensions will be announced when we know the relaunch date of the online courses.

Thank you for your patience as we work to update our online courses.
