Blake (They/Them) is an academic coach for the Center for Inclusive Academic Excellence. Blake earned their BA degree in Liberal Studies at the University of Northern Iowa in 2022. They are working towards their Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grandview University.

Having been a first-generation student and college athlete, Blake draws on their past experiences to support students in their academic/life journey through college. Blake’s area of expertise is career development, non-profit work, conflict resolution, and advocacy for individuals with disabilities.

Blake is from Fort Dodge, Iowa, but lives in Tiffin with their wife, two dogs (Odie and Jonas), and cat Issa. They enjoy running, watching sports, and hiking in their free time.
