In partnership with units across campus, the Inclusive Education and Strategic Initiatives unit of the Division of DEI has curated self-paced resources, modules, and courses. These learning opportunities allow you to work and learn at a time and pace that is convenient for you.
Resources for self-learning
Individuals will have the opportunity to plan their DEI Career Development utilizing the DEI Career Development Plan (DEI CDP) while exploring university resources as well as identify and define their SMARTIE Goals.
Suppose you are new to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ready to learn more, or have DEI-related responsibilities (i.e., committee, faculty/instructor, supervisor). In this guide, you can browse our curated collection of materials and find specific resources for your questions, tasks, and responsibilities.
In partnership with Kognito, "Cultivating Inclusive Communities" is an online learning experience developed by subject matter experts to develop faculty and staff gain awareness, knowledge, skills, and self-confidence to engage across differences with integrity and empathy, effectively fostering an inclusive campus community that embraces diversity.

LinkedIn Learning is an online training library that provides access to thousands of online courses. We curated recommended courses on DEI Topics that are relevant to all roles on campus, Supervisors, and HR. Some courses may provide opportunities for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from: HR Certification Institute (HRCI), Project Management Institute (PMI), and National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
