In 2018, the Charter Committee on Diversity led by Sarah Bruch, then an assistant professor of sociology and Angie Lamb, assistant director in academic support & retention, collaborated with the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the Office of the Provost to conduct a comprehensive data collection process to assess campus climate, the reports on which can be found below.

Each of the below reports describe selected findings from the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion climate surveys and also summarizes suggestions collected from the Strategic Listening Sessions. The reports summarize the responses as a whole, and also provide disaggregated responses by social identities and characteristics, such as race, gender, sexual orientation, disability status, citizenship status, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, and political ideology.
