
The session is a collaboration between the Office of the Provost, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and University Human Resources. Within the session, participants will begin making the shift from diversity to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We will review tools, resources, and strategies for integrating DEI into unit plans. For units that do not have current DEI-related strategies to report, a FY19 action may include having a team of 2-3 individuals attend one of these workshops and return to the unit to facilitate unit discussions and planning. For units with current DEI-strategies, this session will provide tools and processes for advancing those initiatives.
