Welcome Home Hawkeyes!

The Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion joins the university community in welcoming all students, faculty, and staff back to campus beginning August 1, 2022, with the annual Week of Welcome!

The Center for Inclusive Academic Excellence will host events throughout the first week of classes to introduce them to our spaces in the University Captial Centre, meet our staff, and learn of the programs and support networks our campus provides.

One of the week's highlights will be the annual Community of Color event on Thursday, August 24, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 6 pm. in the Internation Ballroom of the Iowa Memorial Union.  Join us to learn how to be involved with the many multicultural organizations across campus.
