This Small Group Training class prioritizes compound multi-joint exercises and basketball court conditioning drills. Great attention will be placed on learning proper technique as well as how to organize training to optimize your time. This class will train the entire body, splitting class time in the weight room and basketball court. Join Coach Ed to begin building the stronger, leaner, faster version of you!

  • Session 2 | Tuesdays/Thursdays, March 9 - April 1 (4 weeks) | 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
  • Session 3 | Tuesdays/Thursdays, April 6 - April 29 (4 weeks) | 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
