The UI DEI Task Force Welcomes Community Feedback
The UI DEI Task Force invites input from the University of Iowa community. Their mission is to evaluate and recommend changes to university leadership based on the findings of the Iowa Board of Regents DEI Study. The task force aims to enhance the effectiveness of our services and programs, align central DEI efforts with compliance, accreditation, grants, and employee/student success, and assess diversity and inclusion across campus. Additionally, they will focus on identifying the necessary skillsets for students and employees to lead effectively, review job responsibilities and titles, and establish measurable goals and outcomes.
